horsepower cowling. On face value, there was no immediate way of detecting
the true identification of the outboard motor."

that the motor had been Datadotted, as is procedural for many newly
manufactured outboard motors on the market. Within a short space of time
the motor had been identified and returned to its owner intact, while
Water Police made further enquiries into the perpetrators of this marine
