In May 19, as a result of an EGM, Brad the founder of PropertyVAULT<\/a> became the Managing Director of DataDot Technology Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brad is the founder of Property Vault International Pty Ltd and a decorated former Victoria Police detective with 21 years\u2019 experience. During his policing career, he specialised in investigations involving organised crime, corporate fraud, kidnapping, blackmail, extortion, product contamination and large-scale property theft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following his policing career, Brad applied his entrepreneurial and analytical capabilities to global financial markets. He developed a proprietary trading strategy, which he successfully managed for five years at a major investment firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2015, Brad recognised the potential to combine social media, purpose-built technology and specialist operational support to combat bicycle theft and broader property crime. He subsequently founded BikeVAULT, the forerunner to PropertyVAULT. The platform has since evolved into a leading Australian asset-theft prevention and recovery service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recognising the importance of combining physical and digital asset identification to combat theft and fraud, Brad became a major shareholder in DataDot Technology Ltd, a global provider of microdot and forensic identification technologies. In 2019, as the Company\u2019s largest shareholder, he initiated a successful Extraordinary General Meeting that led to a reset of the Company\u2019s strategic direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since his appointment as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Brad has overseen the Group\u2019s expansion into digital platforms, asset services and insurance services. This includes the development of PropertyVAULT Asset Services, which supports asset identification and validation, fraud detection, theft prevention, stolen-asset tracing and recovery, and subrogation for insurers and other asset-intensive industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through PropertyVAULT Insurance Services, Brad has also led the Group\u2019s expansion into specialist services for the insurance sector, including national stolen-asset recovery operations, claims-related fraud identification and insurance offerings through the PropertyVAULT platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This strategy positions the Group at the forefront of integrated asset identification, protection, recovery and insurance innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
